Everette - Working from the head down...

Everette - When finished will be a 16"x20" Charcoal portrait.

Everette - whom I'd really aimed at having finished within the week or so...and I would've, had the storm not hit us. More possibly now by 9/18, 9/20. Stay tuned!

Everette - Almost complete... You really do not realize the depth of the detail you need to 'strategically' add in till you're literally drawing it, and working to have everything fit correctly in it's place. I'm soooooo hoping to have this particular portrait finished by tomorrow, and have another 11"x14" bust charcoal portrait started and downloaded to the site, along with an 18"x24" I'm penciling to pastel...

Everette - Down to the wire...just some last minute finishing touches, a little more side & bottom shading, matting, and 'wah la'! Master piece~

Everette - coming in the 'stretch' of completion... I'm drawing a partial of his right hand, then fading it and the bottom portion of his body out with a darker shading to light. From here I'll mat it in white on black. Wait till you see what's next... I can hardly wait to get started! Stay tuned. You don't wanna miss the Divine Creator's hand in ANY of this~🎼"Oooh wee...oooh wee, baby. Wish someone would take me on a sea cruise"🎶...😉

Everette - ...Finished! 😃 Now for the matting touch, and I know his mom will be so happy to have it~ Next up... pastel portraits of two individual's who have passed. Whenever I draw these portraits in particular, the Light of the Most High Divine shine's upon them. Stay tuned... I'll be bringing 'em aboard tomorrow from pencil sketch to life-like color, right before your eyes. "Cheerio"~

This is the photo of Everette that I drew the charcoal portrait from. You may've noticed that I naturally 'proportioned' him. Sometimes a camera can distort a figure from an angle a picture is taken from by no fault of anyone's. It's so nice to know that it can be corrected~
